The use of technology for the benefit of the student is a fundamental part, since nowadays this school actor is immersed in a continuous way with the oscillation of information, consultation, criticism, analysis and feedback inside and outside his learning environment. The intention of applying strategies that allow students to develop and exploit their abilities to the maximum in a more timely manner within the field related to their career, in turn can link their teaching-learning process in their environment more efficiently and with better results using ICTs more frequently.
This research is carried out in order to know the impact on the use of mobile devices as a didactic tool in educational, social and cultural learning in eighth-semester students of the Secondary School Administration in the Uacya of the UAN.
