Distribución de los dominios de membrana plasmática de espermatozoides criopreservados de cerdos.

Resumen


Se utilizaron 3 sementales fértiles por raza: Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc y Cerdo Pelón Mexicano. Tres eyaculados por semental extraídos alternadamente, se estudiaron  por duplicado en fresco, 5ºC y descongelado. Se utilizaron lectinas WGA -FITC Concanavalina A-FITC. Se contaron 100 células, por muestra. Resultados  altamente significativos (P<0.001), se obtuvieron entre semen fresco y  5°C, el porcentaje de espermatozoides con dominio acrosomal disminuyó 4.33 %, los dominios ecuatorial y posacrosomal aumentaron 2.67 % y 1.67 % respectivamente. En semen descongelado se observó  una disminución significativa (P<0.001), el porcentaje de espermatozoides con dominio acrosomal disminuyó en 15.33 %, el domino ecuatorial y posacrosomal aumentó significativamente en 5.00 % y 10.34 % respectivamente. No hubo diferencias significativas (P<0.001), entre razas para el dominio acrosomal
